Ingredients: •200g fresh or frozen blueberries •150g granulated sugar •240 ml freshly squeezed lemon juice •1 liter cold water •Ice cubes •Lemon slices •Fresh blueberries •Fresh mint leaves Instructions: 1.In a small saucepan, combine the blueberries, sugar, lemon zest, lemon juice, and 120 ml water. 2.Cook over medium heat for 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the blueberries burst and the mixture thickens slightly. Remove from the heat and strain through a fine-mesh sieve to remove the skins. Let the syrup cool completely. 3.Fill a large pitcher with ice cubes. Add the fresh mint leaves, followed by the freshly squeezed lemon juice. Pour in the cold water (or your preferred lemon-lime soda or sparkling water) and stir well. 4.Add the cooled blueberry syrup and stir until fully combined.
