As a professional chef that is not a kitchen, that is a WET PANTRY with a very sub par oven/range (chef inspired would be a gas Blue Star oven range talkin $15K, what is in the house looks lie $2600. The dishwasher which is a standard appliance in the WET BAR inspired kitchen also looks under $1200 bucks and unfortunately that’s what you need to spend for a decent dishwasher before tax and installation. Also what is with the contemporary modern look inside with a traditional facade!?!?! That’s like a cardinal sin in architecture. Finally the roof deck makes you feel like you’ve woken up in a post apocalyptic industrial hell hole, where all furniture, plants and furnishings are punished by purification.
