CHICKEN ALFREDO GARLIC BREAD recipe!! 🤤🧀 this was so easy to make and perfect if you want something cheesy, creamy and non-spicy. Recommend having this with a side Caesar salad 👀😝 Recipe 👇 alfredo sauce: 1 pot of single cream (300ml) 1/2 tsp of pepper 1/2 tbsp of garlic powder 1/2 tsp of salt 1/2 tsp of MSG/chicken bouillon (optional) 1 tbsp of garlic sourdough bread Mozerella cheese Cheddar cheese Garlic butter: 40g of softened butter 5 cloves of garlic 1 tbsp of garlic powder 1/2 tbsp of mixed herbs/parsley salt and pepper chicken: 1 chicken breast sliced horizontally 1/2 tbsp of garlic powder 1/2 tbsp of paprika powder 1/2 tsp of salt 1/2 tsp of mixed herbs/dried parsley 1. Marinade your chicken with seasoning above 2. Combine ingredients for garlic butter and set aside 3. Preheat your oven at 180 degrees Celsius 4. Cut your bread in half horizontally or use bread of choice with flat surface 5. (Optional) take out the inner soft part of the bread to create a crater for topping, I forgot to do this and turned out good 6. Spread garlic butter on generously 7. Cook your chicken on a hot pan on each side for 3 minutes and set aside (this was it won’t be overcooked at the end) 8. In the same pan, add minced garlic until fragrant 9. Add your cream, Parmesan cheese and seasonings. Let it thicken. Season your sauce as needed! 10. Add your sauce to the garlic bread 11. Spread a generous amount of cheese, then your chicken on top. Optional, drizzle some sauce over everything. 12. Bake your garlic bread for 10 minutes 13.
