it’s insane how in america u can just wear ur hair down and wear long sleeves and wear jackets inside, like in the uk ur hair cannot touch ur shoulders and u have to be bare below the elbows

I work in elderly care and the most medical thing i do is give the elderly medicine but we have to wear short sleeves due to hygiene reasons. It's crazy what y'all Americans can get away with, I've also seen people wash their scrubs at home which is also crazy
