Mine says "and take on any tasks required by management". Spent 6 months doing assistant manager jobs but no pay because technically it was part of my job description. Still not over it 😂

my manager sees an email that states a task is urgent, he panics and rushes the rest of us..... all he needed to do was scroll down the email thread and read the latest update which is... task is not required. Must be great to be paid alot to just panic and rush everything without double checking.

Contracts mean nothing because they all say “and any other reasonable tasks required by your manager”. Also as a kick in the teeth most say “This contract is automatically void at the introduction of any new contracts management may issue”. So they’re useless, for employees anyway.
