@thejennapickering: It’s a bloody well waste of life if you’re living to appease others. Live like tomorrow isn’t promised, because it isn’t. One wise friend told me the quote “if you can’t beat fear, do it scared”. And man what great words are they. I realised this year I was far too comfortable in my daily life. Though comfort is nice. It can holds you back from doing wild and weird things. So please dwell on today’s dwellings and share yours with me so I can dwell back.

Well, but, some of us don't have the luxury of deciding that. I'm barely capable of maintaining the security my late parents helped establish. If the floor falls out for me, I can't build a new one, neither on a whim nor otherwise. Maintaining is my only job, until I someday find someone who wants to be my world's second pillar, though that is looking increasingly unlikely.
