My take: Most people should start with Ray-Ban Meta Gen 2 if they want everyday AI glasses. Get Meta Ray-Ban Display only if you really want the in-lens display. Get XREAL One Pro if your main use is gaming, laptop work, or watching content. Get Even Realities G2 if you want a display but do not want cameras.
