The dealership model just makes no sense. You talk to a salesperson who has no power but is “negotiating” on your behalf to their manager who has all the power. It’s broken. Just sell the cars at msrp and apply any discounts you may be running.

So Tomi do you keep going until you find a dealer that’s willing to negotiate over the phone? Because it seems like most will not. Once you do find someone to lock a good price in over the phone, do you send the client in to pick up the car? Do you have the car shipped?
