try lower the setting a bit, I know you said it's not an issue with others, but I do notice that the others ult isn't smooth, so maybe lower it to maybe medium for some settings, and maybe clear the cache, and cache not data, if you can't use the costumer service, it could be a bug when you download the new update. and questions, did this happen before too before the 6.7 update?

maybe it's because newer character's that are more detailed might cause a lag and require more storage you can prove it in serenetia pot or go to a waypoint to newer regions
