not you gotta clean it yourself!!!! Mine got out his bed and came to help but I had already cleaned it with my son and he’s replacing my stuff that got damaged. Insurance is a joke too! You can sue if they didn’t tell you it was a flood zone prior to renting

Buy you a 1/4 Subpump on Amazon. It will drain the water immediately when it start coming in. Never had anymore problems, I actually brought 2 Pumps in when the water starts coming in ,I turn on the Pumps in let them do they thing. Your also need Probably two 24ft Plastic tubes to stick outside draining the water
