I figured out the trick, the card was being kept in the center the whole time and then the last part of shuffling the cards moved it towards the top of the deck, and same with all of the queens, he moved them from the center towards the top, but UK not sure how he changed the kings into queeens.

I figured it out, first you did a fake shuffle. Then, you were flipping 2 cards together every time you showed his card. The fake shuffle was pretty obvious to be honest, but the 2 cards together took me a minute to figure out, good trick nonetheless.
