@madewithkai: (👇recipe) Low Calorie Oreo Cream Pie Rolls 5 minutes to bake, very satisfying to make, and freaking DELICIOUS. Macros (makes 9 slices): 104 Cals, 9g Carbs, 1g Fat, 11g Protein 108g protein for all!!! Dry Ingredients: 60g all purpose flour 6 tbsp dark cocoa powder 8g oat flour 2 scoops whey / casein protein powder 90g sweetener 4g baking soda Wet Ingredients: 170g nonfat greek yogurt 2 eggs 60g egg whites Frosting: 170g nonfat greek yogurt 1.5 scoops of whey/casein protein powder Directions: First make the frosting and set it aside. Mix the dry ingredients. Mix wet ingredients. Mix them together. Spread the batter thinly on a parchment-lined baking tray. I have a small oven so I baked at 285 for 4 min 30 seconds. Basically just bake it VERY gently and quickly because you don’t want to overcook the roll. Take it out of the oven, gently remove the roll from the parchment and transfer it to a separate parchment paper (I flipped it upside down so it looks better) Spread the frosting on the roll and then gently roll the cream pie together. Cut into however pieces and enjoy! Chef’s Note: 1. You can use whatever PP you want, I used chocolate for the roll and vanilla for the frosting 2. Make sure to roll the cream pie while it’s warm. If you let it cool too much it might tear! 3. I slightly modified the recipe in this video.
