And all of a sudden, hope feels like poison, hope feels terrifying, hope feels like the enemy, because when it is crushed you blame yourself for even hoping. Alhamdulillah I was in this crazy loop but I'm much much better. I choose to be happy and leave what I can't control, I'm less obsessed now. It is very hard to escape such a loop, it is so crazy!
