@philsmypharmacist: Your blackheads keep coming back because you’re only pulling them out, not stopping them at the source. Here’s the routine, and two of the three products are $1.25 at Dollar Tree. 🧼 Start with a tea tree oil + salicylic acid wash. The tea tree cuts the oil sitting on top, and the salicylic acid dissolves that thin layer of skin that grows over a blackhead and keeps it trapped in there. 🔬 Then put retinol over it. It tightens the pores back up so they stop refilling and the blackheads don’t come right back. ⚡ Want it to work faster? Adapalene is basically retinol that’s already activated, so it gets going quicker.
