Seven (7) seeds of alligator pepper 3. One (1) bottle of Coca-Cola 4. Twenty-one (21) pieces of bitter leaves 5. Three (3) tablespoons of honey 6. Palm oil 7. Seven (7) pieces of charcoal 8. One (1) egg 9. Salt 10. Sea salt 11. Bint El Sudan Soap 12. Native sponge 13. One (1) Odo *Preparation:* *Note* Keep 7 seeds of alligator pepper in your mouth from the beginning of the cleansing until the end. Female: 7 seeds Male: 9 seeds *Step 1* – Prepare the Cleansing Water: Fill a white bucket with enough water for your bath. Squeeze the 21 pieces of bitter leaves into the bucket.
