With Sony killing physical games and Rockstar going to make billions off a code in the box this basically gives the green light to all publishers to kill off discs too. With Nintendo’s announcement of charging $10 more for physical games all these things will finish off the already dying physical games market.

a physical copy of the game to my understanding is some form of the game code version suitable for play itself digitized for the buyers physical ownership. it only being a download code in a box is them just laughing at the ownership of physical media issue 😒

There obviously isn’t gonna be a physical disc Sony coming out and saying they are no longer supporting discs probably means their next console isn’t gonna have a disc drive so rockstar knew this beforehand

This and the "GTA VI is confirmed to be 300gbs" misinformation I keep seeing has been so odd to witness. It is so unbelievably easy to fact check it; I'm so lost as to how people are blindly believing these claims as fact.
