Hi! I’m a medical assistant at a primary care practice and I have POTS, hEDS, and MCAS and that definitely seems like a heat rash and a histamine reaction. If it doesn’t go away within 24 hours or gets bigger def get it checked out

my guess is MCAS, like your caption said. I don't have it, just have friends with it, so I'm not 100% but it's definitely something to look into

ik im late, but its probably heat rash. i’ve had these since i was around one, and i have no relating health issues. they suck so use anti-histamines after a cold shower and hypchlroud acid like the tower 28 spray!! hope it goes away😭
