@derekjamestrapp: Today marks 4 incredible years of DJT CASTING, and I couldn’t be more grateful. This has officially been our busiest year ever! We have been casting 1 feature film and 3 TV series, all back-to-back and overlapping for 3 straight months. We have also been casting countless commercials, photo shoots, music videos & other exciting projects during that same time period. We recently wrapped 38 days on the TV series Acting Good, and wrapped the feature film Denise Sans Denise, filmed in Winnipeg and Churchill. Now we’re casting the tv shows Histories De Survie in West Hawk Lake and another tv show Malgré Moi: Season 2 through July 24th. A huge thank you to my incredible Assistant Helene Seradilla! Her hard work behind the scenes has helped make DJT CASTING stronger than ever, and I am so so thankful for Helene each and everyday! Thank you to the thousands of talented people we’ve had the privilege of casting over the past 4 years, & we appreciate each and every one of you! I started DJT CASTING because I wanted to spend more quality time with my daughter, and didn’t want to be on set 14 hours a day away from her to make a living. This business has given me more time with her, plus the time and money to travel every year somewhere tropical, do lots of fishing in the summertime and even work remotely by the ocean if needed with wi-fi. I recall a time where me and Helene were casting a TV show, and I was in Costa Rica and she was in Cuba. I’m grateful to be in a position like this, and happy I can do my job from anywhere in the world🌴 If there is one thing I’ve learned, it’s this below. Chase your dreams, work hard, & always be nice to people. Never let anybody tell you that you can’t do something, & always believe in yourself. Thank you to every production, client, actor, background performer, producer, production manager, director and supporter who has been part of these amazing 4 years. Here’s to many more!
