I’m confused—even when I make rice without a rice cooker and use a regular pot, the water evaporates and doesn’t need to be strained

Well personally I just buy pans with handles attached because I’m not influenced by the first thing I see that people are claiming is “convenient” and “aesthetic” but can’t attest for it’s longevity
