I don't like them making monsters into things he transforms into. It's a slippery slope from aliens to dragons, elves, dwarves, gnomes, dracula. I want aliens not monsters.

ok since were talking abt this, i might just give my opinion on this. So whats the actual point of DNA capture mode if said captured alien is only going to be used once, Omniverse handles this mode a lot better cuz said captured aliens are used multiple times. A few things that classic could have done is replace the wildvine scenes in season 4 with snare oh and i bet no one would notice a difference. Next in SOTO instead of ben using an alien that can detect the intruder and can also defend himself (blitzwolfer) he used wildmut (and yes i know it was a misstransformation, but the whole "omnitrix gives ben alien he needs" isnt even considered until AF so if he is going to misstransform at least misstransform him into one of the new aliens, but NAH we wouldnt have great plot otherwise! (bullshit)) and dude poor eye guy, he had so much potential yet only 2 uses and one of the uses (the SOTO one) most ppl dont even know about it, he was so left out he didnt even get an introduction episode. Lastly im going to ask, why have extra aliens if ur going to leave out most of them in the shuffle?

tbh I think Ben didnt know how to use them properly and they didnt get into situations where they were useful with the recalibrated he gets every information of the alien spawned in his brain so this could be an inverse reason
