I take one day to completely rest. it is either Saturday or Sunday. I work 3 to 4, 12 hour shifts in behavioral health. I work with those that are Severally mentally ill. My work hours are 6pm to 630am. Some days those shifts can turn into 14hours. Some days I work 18hours. I've no choice but to rest. My body will stop working and I often cripple myself. I have been disabled since birth. you can not work endlessly. God knows the limitations of our earthly bodies. he wants us to take care of these bodies we were born to. God is only looking out for use by telling us to rest fully in one day. He too rested and said all is good. we shouldn't feel guilty for resting. the world tells us to work endlessly.
