I have been assaulted by the Portland, OR.Police department because I was helping an intoxicated person, friend of mine get home. We soon that night witnessed an assault. The police showed up and asked us some questions.. My charge.. (drunk chick) then asked if they would give us a ride home. I think they replied with a very curt.. possibly rude, Hell No! the girl then responded with a barrage of expletives, to which these defenders of public safety responded by lifting the other person with me.. the girl.. off the ground... by her head. I saw her legs kicking in the air, and said something like... what the fuck are you doing?! then 2 other cops held my arms while another repeatedly struck me in the abdomen, with goofy, tough guy gloves without fingers , on a hot summer night. I don't remember exactly the rest of the story but it's 100% true... and took place over 20 years ago.... But, I was, and still am .. Caucasian as was the other person with me. We were minors . under the age of 18. But, I'm not a federal agent so, unfortunately.... No $250 m lawsuit. damn!
