I'm not really sure I understand how a person can rap all day about their sexuality and then somehow others are offended when people reference that person in a sexual way. The deeper message behind this situation really comes down to contracts. Contracts are structured in a way where there is a specific allocation of risk. If you structure your contract where all the risk is taken by you, then that makes you vulnerable if something goes wrong. If your employer is taking all the risk, then you'll be in a better situation in the event that something doesn't quite work out.
