Oh we all feel the Sunday dread.. you can be a housewife or a househusband and yet you feel this because that means you need to wake up earlier than your kids and partner again to prep them for school and work, which includes multiple trips to their rooms as human alarm, breakfast and lunchbox cook, and possibly driver.

I'm saudading for Helsinki.....and in anticipation grief fir my mother. She's still functional and not not too unwell. But I've realised that she's old now, older than I thought I'd see her. It is heartbreaking. And I've entered a phase of soft grief for her. She always mentions her passing away. And that makes it feel more imminent.
