Macros 499 calories 44gP / 9gF / 63gC Serves: 2 Shopping list ✍️ 250g Chicken breast 1 tsp Garlic granules 1 tsp Paprika 1 tsp Soy sauce 100g Dry basmati rice, cooked and cold l 60g White onion, finely diced 2 Eggs, medium 80g Frozen peas 1 tsp Sesame oil 2 tsp Dark soy sauce For the sauce: mix together 3 tbsp Sweet chilli sauce, 1 tsp Dark soy sauce, 1 tsp Soy sauce, 1 tsp White rice vinegar Method ✨ Butterfly the chicken breast then all the way through. Season the chicken with paprika, garlic granules and soy sauce. ✨ Fry in a pan sprayed with oil, remove then shred using two forks. In a small bowl mix all the sauce ingredients, pour into the pan and crank the heat up. ✨ When the sauce starts to bubble, add the shredded chicken back in and coat in the sauce. ✨ For the egg fried rice fry the onion in sesame oil for a few minutes to soften. Add the peas and cook for a further few mins before adding the egg and scramble.
