@workoutwithroxanne: How to do Dead Bugs the RIGHT way 👇🏼 Most people rush through these, done correctly, dead Bugs are one of the best core exercises for building real strength and stability. Proper Form Cues: - Lie on your back with arms extended toward the sky and knees bent at 90 degrees. - Pull your ribs down toward your hips and imagine tightening your ribs like a corset, this keeps your core braced the entire time. - Tighten through your pelvic floor. You do this by imagining you are stopping yourself from going to the toilet. - Then draw your hip bones in towards each other. - Slowly extend one arm back and the opposite leg forward. - Return to start with control and switch sides. Key Tip: Quality > speed. If your back starts arching, shorten the range or go to just arms or just legs. Save this 📌 & try 3 sets of 8–10 reps/side Outfit: @Women‘s Best | ROXANNE ❤️ #Coreworkout #Corestrength #Absworkout #Functionalcore #Deadbugs
