You take care of your health first that’s more important than doing chores I sometimes don’t do anything for weeks cause of my health I just was told I have nerve damage and arthritis in my neck and I have horrible pain in my whole right arm so I need surgery I’m scared but yeah just take care of yourself first and I’m very sorry your dealing with that and if people judge you for your house screw them cause your health is more important

Have you been checked for lymes disease? Request a c6 peptide test. I am beyond exhausted and have a the constant feeling of a lump in my throat. Along with other symptoms. Back ache, headache. I Finally got rid of the chills. Just a thought. Lymes literally effects everything and is absolutely miserable.

In my house everything has a place. My kids would take 1 thing out at a time. when they were done, put it away. I was Extremely strict about this. Hope this helps

omg amy me too it feels like there is something stuck right behind the thing that dangles in the throat. it’s been bothering me for 4 days now i’ve been trying to drink to get it down i even tried throwing up and something gets it to go away. it’s weird. i’m glad im not alone.
