Nope only when you enlist and go to basic training. After that they give you an annual allowance which is a pittance of what they actually cost. Then is they are your class A, and tailoring needed or name tapes you pay for that

Add the alterations for proper fitting, all the insignia/service stripes/chevrons that need to be purchased and paid to be sewn on. Don’t forget ribbons and badges plus the brass.
