Thank you for all the love! 🫶 I actually doubled the recipe in my video. Crust •1 packet coconut cookies (250g) •4 tbsp melted butter (I’d use a little less next time—it was a bit rich!) Filling •1½ cans sweetened condensed milk •3 egg yolks •2 tsp lime zest •⅔ cup (160ml) fresh lime juice Bake the crust at 180°C for 10 minutes, then add the filling and bake for 15 minutes. Chill for at least 4 hours so the filling can set. Once it’s set, top with whipped cream and a little lime zest before serving. 🍋🤍
