It took my everything. My thrill for the game i loved (sports), my easy going happy energy, my previous relationship, put stress on my family, made me miss important days, it took my true friends because they couldn’t stand to see me destroy myself anymore (we are back to being good now since i quit), and much more… but above everything it took my excitement for life away. The attitude the today is gonna be a great day, it stripped from me. Now day by day i have to build that back up after years of that abuse to myself. I hope anyone going through it can find the strength to get to the other side because while your in it doesnt seem that bad. But give an inch and something like this addiction will take as many miles as you allow it. You have to want better for you because no one else can. ❤️❤️
