Bro did not break check him. He literally stopped in the middle of the road and big trucks like that especially with a load on the back takes a while to stop.

Truck gave horn warning and everything he isn’t in the wrong the police is or who ever got hit people don’t understand that these trucks take awhile to just slow down especially going at the speed limit or at the speed of traffic he gave the horn and the car should of move

If there’s a hazard in the road a cop can try to stop traffic by going ifo traffic to slow or stop traffic from hitting the hazard. This is why you respect LEO’s slowing down traffic, they risk their lives to save ppl everyday. His CDL will be revoked and he will be unemployed 🤦🏻‍♂️
