The names of angels in the Bible are translations or transliterations into human languages so people can understand them. God didn't need to use the English alphabet or any human alphabet. The names we read today, like Michael or Gabriel, were written down by human authors in languages such as Hebrew, Aramaic, and Greek. The alphabet is for our understanding, not because God depends on it.

For example, the name KOFI was already in existence in our ancient tongue before alphabets were invented, but the alphabets are used or arranged in order to pronounce already existing sounds like K-o-f-i, Kofi.
