Second attempt at making ice cream cones… and we’re still learning. The funny thing about content creation is that you only see the final few seconds. Behind the scenes, there are recipes that flop, ingredients that get wasted, and moments where you’re wondering if you’re doing anything right. My first cone came out beautifully, so I thought I had found the perfect recipe. Turns out it was beginner’s luck. The rest of the batter became too thick, the cones wouldn’t roll properly, and it definitely wasn’t the light, crispy cone I was aiming for. It’s a little frustrating, but I’m not giving up. I’ll keep testing until I find the recipe that gives me that thin, crisp waffle cone I’ve been dreaming of. One failed batch just means I’m one step closer to getting it right. Stay tuned for attempt number three.
