The unintuitive element of emotional intelligence is having it doesn’t make you emotionally mature. Makes it easier yes but you need intrapersonal intelligence to make emotional intelligence work on yourself. Otherwise you just create a very sophisticated mirroring copy mechanism.

Everybody has different types of intelligence, I mean and system of different types of intelligence and sometimes some are more developed and some are less for a person who has all of the types mentioned here. I think they were the biggest people of the history like Leonardo da Vinci.

When I was working on my credential, I wrote an email to Howard Gardner and he responded to me. I can’t remember now what he said, but he felt like his leader works for more important than this one. However, most people think this one’s pretty special.
