I had a wonderful experience with Akasa Air during my journey from Riyadh to Kochi via Mumbai. It was a connecting flight with only a 1-hour layover in Mumbai. During the connection, I accidentally left my passport on the aircraft. I was completely confused and didn't know what to do. The Akasa Air staff immediately stepped in, found my passport, brought it back to me, and helped me complete the check-in process quickly. One of the staff members stayed with me until I boarded my next flight, and even after I boarded, the cabin crew confirmed that I had safely made it onto the flight. So, I don't think the cash was taken by the Akasa Airlines staff. In my opinion, it could have been someone involved in airport baggage handling. This is just my opinion, and I'm not accusing anyone. Anyway, I'm sorry that this happened to you.
