Investing in training feels big when you’re not sure what you’re getting yet. But here’s what I keep noticing: the techs who book straight away are usually the ones who end up doubling their client base, making their fee back within weeks, and actually enjoying lash lifts again instead of dreading them. The ones who “have a think” for months? They’re usually still anxious picking up the tool, still unsure of themselves, still exactly where they started. There’s two types of techs.
