Slow-cooked until the meat is melt-in-your-mouth tender, with a beautifully spiced gravy that’s perfect for dipping warm puris, rotis, or fresh bread. ✨ Rich Saffron-Infused Mutton Curry ✨ Ingredients: 2kg mutton 2 tbsp green, red & white masala Salt to taste Arad (to taste) Red chilli powder (to taste) Danha jeeroo powder (to taste) Chilli flakes (to taste) A pinch of saffron soaked in 1 cup hot water A little oil 3 large tomatoes, blended or grated 3 tomatoes, cubed Method: Combine the mutton with the masala, salt, arad, red chilli powder, danha jeeroo powder, chilli flakes, and saffron water. Marinate overnight for the flavours to fully develop. Heat a little oil in a large pot and add the marinated mutton. Cook on medium heat until fragrant. Add the blended tomatoes and cubed tomatoes. Allow everything to braise gently. Cover and slow-cook on the stovetop until the mutton is tender and the gravy has thickened. Alternatively, bring to a boil, then place the pot into your Wonderbag to continue cooking slowly.
