For me, helping said victim of false allegations tells me if they’re guilty or not in how they handle the help. Not that I’ve helped you in any way but you & I are TT friends as you passed my test, a test I have done that I didn’t realise I was setting until some failed & had me siding with their accused. Unfortunately there are accused that use false allegations as a defence with no grounds & it’s their personality. Until we work out an infallible system the scales of justice are swayed too easily.

The police force SOI Teams are full of inept, unfit officers who are target focused and don’t give a damn about the truth. They go for easy targets especially men who have been historically falsely accused as it’s impossible for them to defend themselves. On the flip side they are not interested in a desperately traumatised genuine SO/R victim as they may not be perceived to perform well in court.
