its highly believed that the green glow is the Backrooms changing, shifting and expanding, if you look closely right before the room starts to turn green, the wall where the gap is starts to slowly shift, she had the unfortunate timing of being in that area, but we have no idea if she no clipped out or not

The green lights from the end of found footage 2 are the backrooms actively remembering more knowledge and growing to fulfil that. If you look closely you can literally see the wall getting further and further away.
