Community Pole :
Our CEO is inventing new time consuming procedures, audits, reports every week to try and get an outstanding rating. It’s the quietest time of year and I’m struggling as a coordinator to do the basics of the job. I do the rota in a rush because I have so much to do. When the phone rings I’m just thinking about how little time I have to do my work, instead of listening and actioning what needs to be done.
