I did it. Absolutely nothing happened. When my legs started shaking I was more fascinated by the fact that they had their own mind. And then I went into curiosity mode. Because what is causing my legs to shake?! I came to the conclusion that my leg muscles are weak and they just can’t sustain that position for long. As for emotions nothing at all just curiosity.

I remember the first time trying this. Took about 6 minutes and then all of a sudden, my body was shaking as if I were freezing cold. It was crazy. Just uncontrollable shaking and the tears fell.
