Ok, this is the 3rd vid I’ve seen of you sanding. You can replace portions of the windows. Especially the sill, it really shows. Some of this window is a bad replacement too, with the sticky outy nails.

Recommend getting a shop vac attachment for the sander. Put a bag in the vacuum and you will have zero dust and no need to empty the little box.
