It is good to introduce them to spicy things! You can always add some yoghurt to tone it it down. Trust us just give him what you have, makes your life so much easier.

Is the chocolate sweet potato actually good? That's crazy! I'm so curious to try it. I think I'd scoop it out into a bowl rather than keep it in the skin, so I could try and pretend it's not potato.

Put the sweet potato in a baking dish , no skin then stir in the chocolate , into the airfryer on bake for 15 mins ,
