@swack.shop: Walking tacos are basically required summer food around here. Baseball games, camping weekends, birthday parties…someone always has a bag of chips and taco meat somewhere. So obviously we had to turn it into pasta salad. Recipe: Cook and cool: • 1 lb rotini pasta Brown: • 1 lb ground beef • 1 packet taco seasoning Mix: • seasoned beef • pasta • 1 cup cheddar cheese • 1 cup corn • 1 cup black beans • diced tomatoes • shredded lettuce • green onions Dressing: • 1 cup sour cream • ½ cup ranch • taco seasoning to taste Mix everything together. Top with crushed Doritos right before serving so they stay crunchy. The leftovers are dangerous if you happen to stand in front of the fridge with a fork. #pastasalad #summerrecipes #potluckfood #tacorecipes #cookoutfood
