Even better are period underwear! Those + menstrual cup are the holy grails. Big investment in the start but I've bought two boxes of pads in the last 6 years just for keeping them in my bag and stuff.

Wait actually I’ve heard the exact opposite, all of the chemicals in pads make your periods longer and flow heavier and as a pad user my whole life I agree 😖

I swearrrr by period underwear (i get the Hanes brand off Amazon).. my period has drastically improved! they also make period swim bottoms, I ordered some for just in case I’m on it at the beach next month

Since having kids, I’ve turned into such a pad girl. I still use tampons, but if I can wear a pad, I’m here for it! Its sooo much more comfy 🤷🏻♀️
