Yes… I started consuming budgeting and finance information and beat the paycheck to paycheck cycle I was stuck in, I started consuming cleaning and organization information and my house actually stay tidy (if not always perfectly clean 😂), and lately I’ve been consuming more in fitness and nutrition and lost 50lbs maintaining that weight loss through a pregnancy. I still have more work to do on all of it but I’m starting to see how things fit together and how each component is affecting the others. I’m starting to leverage parts of everything I’ve learned to advance all my goals 😁 This has all been over the last 4yrs so by no means a fast process but faster than I thought it would be.

I have been “seeding” my kids lives with things which I struggled with… board games based in science, logic, critical thinking, how to build things, how things are made etc. I did it because I was also learning and wanted them to be familiar with many things

I watch love island and reality shows because I love watching and understanding the dynamics between people. I’m now to the point where I can promptly identify every person’s traumas/issues AND the healthy aspects- after watching a short interaction 😏 I should become a therapist 😂
