never expect that coworkers have HUGE impact in this field. i almost lost my insanity then i chose to move. now i'm glad that i met my people now :D same pressure but different people inside it🤍

Just learned about the term compassion fatigue and it made so much sense. We all chose this career at one point because we wanted to help people but people are draining unfortunately
