To students remember three things: Be kind, Report, and Stand up. Be kind by thinking before you speak. Words can hurt more than fists. Report bullying to your teacher, guidance counselor, or parents. “Joke lang” is never an excuse when someone is crying inside. Stand up for classmates who are bullied. If you laugh or stay silent, you become part of the problem. Real friends uplift, not break down. To parents, your role is important. Listen to your children every day. Ask “How was school today?” and watch for changes in behavior. Teach your children respect and empathy at home. If your child is bullied, act quickly and talk to the school. If your child is the bully, correct them with love and discipline. Bullying is not a joke. It causes fear, sadness, and low grades. But kindness, listening, and action can stop it. Together, students and parents can build a safe school where everyone feels valued and heard
