@foodbystern: PART 2 of my 8-course Yakitori Tasting Menu: Korean BBQ inspired kalbi I wanted that sweet, smoky, slightly charred Korean BBQ flavor that makes you immediately start building another bite before finishing the first one. So I grilled kalbi, then made the perfect bite wrapping it in sesame leaf with kimchi on top. Juice running down the wrist = success.
