Honestly, I gave up on pimple patches for my cystic acne. They just don't seem to help with the deep inflammation. Has anyone found anything that's actually worked for this kind of acne?

I was on Accutane, and it took me months just to get an appointment with a dermatologist to get the prescription. It helped at first, but my skin ended up feeling super sensitive—red, irritated, and my breakouts eventually came back. A friend of mine, whose acne used to be even worse than mine, gave me a bottle of KUGIG spray and told me to keep my routine simple. Honestly, I'm really glad I listened.

1. Seriously, stop touching it. 2. Just spray on KUGIG and leave it alone. 3.Picking at it or constantly applying products can make it worse. My esthetician told me this, and you can literally find KUGIG on Amazon.

As a Nurse and a Mom of two beautiful girls, if you have cystic acne you need to deal with dermatologist as part of your regular care team. Cystic acne is treated differently depending on the stage it’s in and really does need to be monitored closely so you don’t end up with deep scarring. Good luck 🤞🏼

A little advice get some clean face towels to dry ur face and cleanse. I find them a lot better for my skin as I suffer with spot breakouts. Towels harbour bacteria and these work to help keep my skin clean. Also make sure you have a fresh pillow case every nite. Hope that helps a little 🥰

I tried isotretinoin before, but it was just too harsh for my skin. My lips were constantly dry and my skin felt super sensitive. I switched to the KUGIG spray, and I like that it's a much gentler option for my routine. It's been working better for me so far.

TCP would help . It is an antiseptic . It would dry out the spot and calm the infection.

I've had acne for 10 years and I feel like I've tried literally everything — acids, quitting dairy. leaving my pimples alone... you name it. Nothing really made a noticeable difference. I'm 30 now and my skin still breaks out like I'm 16.

i only put patches when there is a white spot on my cystic spots. i’m patient until the spot shows, and then patch. i’ve had many drain from doing this!
